Innovation by Design process this data to analyse your use of this website and other online services, to administer and protect our business and website, to deliver relevant website content and to understand the effectiveness of any advertising we do.

When you use our contact form to get in touch with Innovation by Design, the information collected is used solely for the purpose of replying to your query. When you contact Innovation by Design directly via telephone or email, we collect data only so that we can correspond with you. Innovation by Design will only correspond with you regarding your original enquiry. Your data is only used for the original purpose, or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary and never added to any mailing or marketing lists unless your enquiry results in a contract between us, in which case my lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and Innovation by Design and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.  

Innovation by Design does not collect any Sensitive Data. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.

Users contacting this website and/or its owners through other communications do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. In order for Innovation by Design to provide you with a service, we need to collect personal data to enable us to effectively manage and create an awesome customer journey from coming on our website, through to receiving your items. In any event, Innovation by Design are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Innovation by Design will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. Personal data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.

DATA SECURITY
Innovation by Design has put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. Innovation by Design also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on my instructions (Tim Downer, Owner) and they must keep it confidential.  Innovation by Design have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and we will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
